Cadia Completes Delivery for Grenfell Trunk Main K Project

Cadia was proud to win the tender for the supply of pipe to the Grenfell Pipeline project, listed by CTW late 2016.  Cadia successfully supplied over 12km of modified PVC to replace the cast iron pipeline that had been installed in 1946.  The pipeline provides an ongoing and reliable supply of fresh drinking water to Grenfell township and customers within the Weddin Shire.

Cadia’s customer focused offer, price competitiveness and ability to provide flexibility to the Project Managers and Contractors are what ultimately saw it win the tender.  Goods were supplied on schedule and to specifications, and the client, CTW remains extremely happy with their choice of supplier.

In 2019, Cadia’s proven performance on that project, saw them secure further work for the Trunk Main K refurbishment, this time for an order of 17km of Ductile Iron Cement Lined pipe and fittings to further shore up water supply to CTW’s large network of customers.
