Orange's newest residential estate, Westwinds, offers peaceful living with recreation areas, landscaped open spaces, waterways, wetlands and two signature creek systems.

Recently offered to the public, the estate has been met with plenty of interest thanks to its stunning location, choice of home and land packages, and high quality of workmanship.

The Challenges

Back when the estate was first under construction, the civil contractor responsible for preparing the site needed a supplier who could deliver quickly and efficiently to the site in NSW’s Central West.

They were also looking to partner with a plumbing supplier who could provide everything they needed for the drainage component under one roof, saving time and eliminating the need to deal with multiple suppliers.

The Solution
