Description

• Used where the flow moves in a straight line similar to that in a gate valve


• Commonly used in pipe lines conveying liquids by gravity or pumping


• Typically used in horizontal position in applications where dry matter does not exceed 10%


• Lever and weight option is suited for installation in both vertical and horizontal positions


• Weight lever is also an indication of position of valve disc


• Microswitch option allows remote monitoring of valve operation


• Suits all potable water and sewerage applications


• Low head loss when fully open


• Fully rubber coated disc prevents corrosion whilst ensuring drip-free closure


• Maximises utilisation of pump capacity through little to no pressure loss


• All maintenance and servicing can be performed whilst valve is in situ
