  • APPLICATION

    Surface Preparation:

Apply to clean, dry surfaces, free from dirt, wax, grease, oily residue and all loose paint, rust and other material. No primer required. Can be applied to damp metalic surfaces

    Mixing:

Stir before use but do not thin - use direct from container.

    Placement:

Apply by stiff brush as thickly as possible (approx. 0.7mm wet film thickness). For large holes use a glass mesh or strong cloth to reinforce. First spread a liberal coating of Brushable Hydroseal around the hole or crack, cut mesh or cloth to fit across the hole and to overlap at least 150mm. Spread one side with Brushable Hydroseal and embed this side in the Brushable Hydroseal around the hole. Then apply a further coating of Brushable Hydroseal to cover the mesh entirely. To provide UV protection on exterior applications, after 14 days drying, Brushable Hydroseal can be painted with a water based paint - refer to data sheets prior to applying products.

    Clean Up:

Thoroughly clean brushes and equipment with mineral turps and rinse under water. Hands can be cleaned using appropriate hand cleanser.

    Storage:

Store in sealed containers under cover at normal temperatures for 12 months. Containers must be kept sealed at all times when the material is not being used.

    Yield:

    Covers approx. 1.5m2 per litre
